Sit down with one of our expert coaches to discuss your fitness goals and develop the best plan for your success. You will also receive a complimentary InBody body composition scan.
First step program: phase 1
You will have personalized training scheduled at your convenience with our expert coaches. Sessions are designed to teach you the basic movements of our group classes, discuss our style of training, and tackle specific questions to set you up for success!
first step: phase 2
Your first step coach will be alongside you as you transition into our group classes, providing continued personal check-ins and accountability as you are completing workouts and moving forward towards your fitness goals.
