The journey through pregnancy should never leave individuals feeling alone. PowerFit is a 4-week strength training program specifically geared towards women in the prenatal or 0-3 year postpartum journey. If you’re seeking to build back strength and endurance for a return to fitness, this program is for you.
PowerFit focuses on building strength, stability, and overall endurance. Each workout is paired with guidance and education from a professional physical therapist. You will learn safe movements that will enable you to get back to doing all the active things you love. We want to help you build confidence and movement stability, as well as connect you with peers who can encourage and help you stay accountable along the way.
