At South Landing, our goal is for the hour you spend with us in the gym to be the best hour of your day. This time is a chance to leave everything at the door and focus on yourself for just one hour of your day. That is why we remove all the guesswork of picking out a workout or choosing a movement in hopes that it will help you get closer to your goals. All you need to do is show up. We’ve got you.
Our gym is a place where you are continually surrounded by like-minded individuals on their own journeys to health and fitness. On the hardest days that’s what makes it so important to keep showing up. South Landing is a place to be recharged and encouraged. It is a place where you can see all that you can accomplish right before your eyes.
