Group training
Our Group Training Program uses a “BUILD-BREATHE-BODY” model, where the foundation of each session is strength training (Build), followed by aerobic work (Breathe), and then we finish each session with isolation or mobility work (Body). These 60-minute sessions enable our members to reach their fitness goals inside and outside of the gym environment. Our Group Training Program is perfect for indivdiuals who have some background in strength training and enjoy the “larger group” atmosphere, as our Group Training is up to 14-individuals per class.

semi-private training
Our semi-private training sessions are a fun way to experience personal training with friends, spouses, or other members of our community. These sessions include a tailored training plan and access to Group Training Sessions.

Looking for one-on-one training? Our certified coaches will use your goals to create customized workouts specific to your needs. We will also work with you to create a Health Portfolio to track your progress and results.

thrive wellness (50+)
THRIVE is a training program specifically designed for individuals ages 50 yearsand older. It focuses on increasing bone density and muscle strength, stability and range of motion, and overall aerobic and cardiovascular capacity.
