Our Group Training Sessions consist of high-intensity interval workouts that balance strength and cardiovascular exercises. Described as functional fitness, these sessions enable our members to reach their fitness goals inside and outside of the gym environment.
Looking for one-on-one training? Our certified coaches will use your goals to create customized workouts specific to your needs. We will also work with you to create a Health Portfolio to track your progress and results.
Our semi-private training sessions are a fun way to experience personal training with friends, spouses, or other members of our community. These sessions include a tailored training plan and access to Unlimited Group Training Sessions.
Our COACHED program provides customized workouts specific to individuals’ goals and available equipment. With a personal accountability coach as well as individualized correspondence and encouragement, you’ll be able to reach your goals no matter your location.

THRIVE is a strength training program specifically geared towards individuals ages 50 and older. It focuses on increasing bone and muscle strength, stability and range of motion, and overall aerobic and cardiovascular capacity.
PowerFit is a program specially designed for women on the prenatal and postpartum journey. In partnership with Physio Lab PT, we empower and coach individuals towards a more active and healthy lifestyle in motherhood.
