Covid-19 Update

At South Landing Fitness, we prioritize health. Here is the latest update to our COVID protocols.

Group classes and member protocols

  • Pre-registration available 72 hours in advance.
  • Group classes are 50 minutes. This allows for sanitizing procedures in between classes.
  • Masks are optional. We recommend following CDC guidelines.
  • Staff will provide guidance as to what equipment needs to be sanitized at the end of class.

Coaching protocols

  • All coaches will follow pre-screening guidelines to ensure they are healthy before working
  • Coaches will follow gym-sanitizing protocols in between classes.

Facility changes and sanitizing protocols

  • Designated workout stations will be marked, and equipment will be setup for the workout that day.
  • Daily full-gym cleaning protocols will be in effect.
  • Multiple deep cleanings of the gym will be conducted weekly.
