We believe in an open door policy. At South Landing Fitness, we are committed to providing workout opportunities for everyone. Join us every Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. for a FREE virtual class on Facebook Live. No experience is required, and modifications are always provided to ensure you are met at your current fitness level. This is a chance for you to experience our gym and get a glimpse of our workout experience. All from home. All for free. We hope you join us!

Drop-ins
Due to current COVID-19 regulations, as well as our current cap on class sizes, we are currently unable to accommodate drop-ins. We have always loved having individuals join us for a class while they are away from their home gym, and can’t wait to be able to offer this service again in the future!
