We believe in an open door policy. At South Landing Fitness, we are committed to providing workout opportunities for everyone. Every Wednesday we post a free workout on our social media platforms. Each workout is designed for people of all fitness levels, and includes coaching tips to ensure you are setup for success. Drop-ins
We are currently accepting Drop–ins for our Group Training ($20/session) – however, we do ask that the individual have some experience in the functional training space and that you let us know which session you are interested in attending.
