We believe in an open door policy. At South Landing Fitness, we are committed to providing workout opportunities for everyone. Every Wednesday we post a free workout on our social media platforms. Each workout is designed for people of all fitness levels, and includes coaching tips to ensure you are setup for success. Drop-ins

Due to current COVID-19 regulations, as well as our current cap on class sizes, we are currently unable to accommodate drop-ins. We have always loved having individuals join us for a class while they are away from their home gym, and can’t wait to be able to offer this service again in the future!
